I'm having trouble finding the right payouts, but you just flip the probability. So if you have a 2:1 shot then you get double your bet back or if you a 3:1 shot you get 3 times your bet back.

You can tell the horn bets are off by a little bit but the vigorish is built into gambling otherwise casinos wouldn't be able to function.
