I wish more FLGSs did this actually, like hiring female bartenders. They might actually stay in business for longer than the length of a small business loan. Shes tall and has kinda thick arms. Not like a muscular man but definitely larger than average female. She's not built just a bit moreso than I'd expect for a woman.
