Is there a point where this becomes acceptable/tolerable?

I was just in the middle of a SMRPG tabletop game(Yeah, the one on 1d4chan) where one party member had to get swallowed whole by the boss, then the rest of us had to damage the outside of the boss so he spit up stomach acid, preventing our guy in the inside form getting digested. Obviously our GM has a vore thing but I kind of appreciate the creativity of the boss.

It's unacceptable to inject your fetishes in a game with other people. This is why today I only play solo.

The best way to hide a tree is in the woods. Including one fetish in "normal" game will obviously stand out, including that same fetish among dozens other fetishes lets it seamlessly blend in.
Well, unless it's something super weird like mpreg or unbirthing.

I'm going to run Ghosts of Saltmarsh with a group soon. It makes no sense to me that a bustling port town doesn't contain a brothel, that is a prime location for such an establishment.

So I'm adding one to the town, the madame is going to be a sultry MILF in her mid-40s that always shows off her cleavage.

Often times the difference between fetish material and something horrifying is how you play it. Imagine if you will, a cruel religious inquisition or authoritarian government crackdown, whisking away people in the dead of night to be subject to all forms of torture all to obtain false confessions to fulfill the whims of their wicked leader.

Whether or not your players view that as a horrifying evil they need to stop or you jerking off under the table is in the tone of your voice, and someone genuinely getting off to it has tells even if they're good at keeping their composure.

Based solely on a single monster? Do you also assume he has an apothecary fetish if you meet an apothecary?
