I am currently gming a game with a lolrandom player. Every decision, every idea, is just:

> I want to be funny, chaotic and retarded.

Let's discuss ideas to punish retardation. For example, he thought it was an epic decision to set a church on fire before leaving town because he's playing a hardcore atheist.

https://2e.aonprd.com/Deities.aspx?ID=290&Redirected=1

One idea in this instance is to use a curse from the God's until he does something to atone.

Just boot them. It's the only thing that works. Stop trying to "punish" that guys by allowing them to continue derailing your games.

If that fails, kick him.

Punishing him is the worst idea.
> He tried to burn the church for atheism
Fuck you in, fuck you out
> The accelerant you poured on the church wall has revealed a hidden curse sigil. You have broken the curse, the priests make you an honorary acolyte, and everyone now addresses you as Reverend.

Same question on my end. I'm dealing with a retard who won't stop summoning daemons in bars in Dark Crusade because le funni xd. At first I tolerated it on account of being girl's cousin (patrons saying 'not again fuck' etc) but it got old fast.

Should we presume you already tried talking to the problem player and/or the girl who brought them in about how their antics are not funny and bothering you?

You have autism. The implication is that he is not playing a character, he's just performing for attention by trying subvert everything.

Another example: jumps off towers and cliffs at every chance knowing he can take the 60 or so damage.

Attempting rolls against players to le hecking burn something they want before they can have it, or to push others off ledges and stairs

Regardless, gonna kick him in two weeks, if it's not fun, why the fuck am I bothering? Not gonna talk to him or give him a chance, it's his whole identity

What exactly is stopping word getting around of your PC's lolrandumb reputation and authorities, vigilantes, or other nuisances showing up to make your PC reconsider his actions? Something must be seriously wrong with your worldbuilding if the only thing with any power to inconvenience the PCs is a divine curse directly from the gods.

Why did you greenlit a lolrandumb character in the first place? It's your job as the GM to communicate the themes and general vibe of the game. I get that the contrarian retards on /tg/ shit on "session zero", but in my games that's literally for giving feedback for characters and how congruent they are with the game at hand.

Why not build the game around the players you have instead of trying to use punishemnt to force them into the shape you want? You'll probably find it more rewarding and fun.

The only thing that I'm giving the benefit of the doubt on to OP's tale is that it likely isn't the character being lolrandumb, it's the player, and that he could have played someone with a maxed out intelligence score and would still do shit that would get his character thrown in jail just to amuse himself

Sippy bippy. Players who think acting like a disruptive retard is funny are best just booted. They go back to their MMOs and you can focus on entertaining players who are engaged rather than tard wrangling a tedious idiot.

Tell him that his behavior is obnoxious and makes the game less fun, and you don't want him to show up to your next session.

That'll show him.

This guy has played two characters the same way. It just seems to boil down to some sort of ironic playing, or anti play.

> I jump off the tower instead of taking the stairs because I can self heal and take the damage.

> I want to roll to knock the book out of his hand (player)

> I roll to push (player) down stairs.

> I have bone detection, so I can use it to detect the bark on trees, that is their exoskeleton.

Just tiring shit humour and takes, with some aspects of adding stupid elements to the story to make it "chaotic"

I get your point but at the end of the day there has to be an agreed theme and direction.
He can find a game better suited to him and have fun that way
