People talk about wokeness in games a bunch but what's the game that's actively the most left leaning in the industry? As in it doesn't just include rules for making trans characters but actively pushes a leftist agenda? Converesly, what's the rightest leaning one? Again, it needs to actively have a right wing message, not just lack diversity

Answer to both is some boring heartbreaker no one's heard of or played.

There have been some games that intentionally set out to give a strong political message one way or the other (like the OP's pic), but the one that's MOST woke/anti-woke is going to be some bullshit marginal game that like as not isn't fun to play.

Of the mainstream games, your criteria are fuzzy. Things like Cyberpunk and Eclipse Phase have had gender being much more than a hard binary forever. Most games implicitly assume that men and women are equal or near-equal. Most games avoid the third rail of giving different human races different stats. A lot of modern and future games from the 80s and later (Cyberpunk, Shadowrun, WoD, etc) subtly mention gay people but don't really make a point of it.

You want a game where you're forced to play a BIPOC AFAB man? Have fun finding it. You want a game where only straight white men go adventuring while women stay in the kitchen, lesser races know their place, and transient are killed? Have fun finding that too.

Or you could just set getting intentionally angry about politics aside for a couple hours and have some actual fun.

I dont think the left/right binary is particularly meaningful here, but queers is a safe bet. The jannies ban you if you say who made it or where they're from

Nothing to add to the conversation, but I'd play either of those games. The cover on the left looks cool, and playing as anarchists or rebel punks sticking it to the Man can be a lot of fun, while the left seems more generic fantasy but meant to be as realistic as a game with dragons and magic can be. If it's an attempt at a realistic take of mythic heroes-tier player characters where we get to be both very powerful but its also tries to be as simulationist as possible that could actually be cool.

Which one of the WoD games was about monster pedophiles grooming children? That one.

IIRC, MYFAROG is mechanically just bad, putting aside its racism. I don't think it's as bad as FATAL, but significantly worse than 5e (and I hate 5e).
