The second one is a welcome deck card, the decks for retarded newbies that don't know how the game works. of fucking course it's braindead simple.
First one is draft chaff, literay happens all sets. We had 90% of FF characters as shitty commons and uncommons, you gotta do it if you want a draftable set.
