>white blood cells anthropomorphized as infantrymen with assault rifles
>HIV bursts out of your comrades like the aliens in alien but hundreds out of one host
>hepatitis does the same but to liver cells (anthropomorphized as sanitation workers or something) and you have to cull them to stop it
>scenes where your frontlines at sphincter’s gate are assaulted by literal waves of pozzed sperm that come pouring out of something big and black
>syphilis and chlamydia as adversaries slowly taking territory from your forces (or rapidly if HIV recently decimated your battalion)
>tapeworms, roundworms, etc, as massive behemoths requiring herculean combined efforts to destroy (sort of like tanks or warships I guess)
>antibiotics and antivirals as foreign aid or divine intervention

Also are there any systems that are good for simulating extremely large-scale battles, with tens of millions to billions on each side? Because realistically that’s the scale of each side in battle, e.g. white blood cells vs bacterial STDs
