Not the guy you're asking, but he's not fucking with you.
The Ctech lore in one of the splatbooks - I forget which, it' been over a decade since /tg/ was pointing and laughing at Ow The Edge the roleplaying game - had a machine which generated huge amounts of magical energy (orgone, in ctech parlance).
For some lore reason or another, killing people generates orgone and killing people horrifically, so that they have a traumatic and suffering-filled death, generates more. I guess that's why horrible human sacrifices work to power rituals.
The Violator extrapolated this to the kind of logical but insane conclusion you'd expect of such a setting - build a machine that kills people over a protracted period in a horrific manner, in a mechanistic fashion.
The result is a machine which you strap multiple people into, which automatically and horribly rapes them to death while attempting to prolong their survival and suffering, and having the required magical circuitry to harvest the resulting orgone and store it.
This is separate to, as someone else said, the Q Battery, a man portable orgone battery created by one of the edgy evil magitek megacorps. The Q Battery generates a small amount of orgone over time, allowing it to be tapped repeatedly, and it has an emergency drain button that gives you a burst of orgone but renders it unusable. The megacorp has the means to recharge them, but they have aggressive anti-tamper mechanisms to prevent their secrets being stolen.
The secret? The battery contains a human fetus, since life itself generates a small amount of orgone constantly. The baby will not survive long-term from this, but it will survive the months required of such a battery. The emergency drain button doesn't just go "suck all the power out", it kills the baby (horribly) in order to generate that burst you want. It may or may not be a literal blender.
