If you used Bing, in the bottom left there is a dropdown asking which type. One is 4o, the other dall-e.
Dall-e is much simpler to use on bing. But 4o is a "better" model. It just requires a LOT of text to make it so, and Bing limits your number of text characters.

As for help with the prompt, I'm busy all day, but if you're here in 12 hours or so I'll see what I can do to help. Try adding a style prompt at the beginning, and comma separate each distinct noun. Avoid verbs. Use pronouns, but keep them in the same comma delimiters for the noun. Remove all non-noun related words. That's a good place to start
