Hey guys, I think every color should get countermagic. Not because value engines have spiraled out of control to the point often even an EtB means the player is still advantaged, but because I hate it whenever someone counters my spell and I have literally no way to stop it because non-blue colors don't have any way to handle counterspells.

I only watched the show a bit but the fire nation got like super buzzed from some kinda eclipse or something which made them super strong. They unleashed a well timed and coordinated strike against the other nations at this time as well, effectively crippling the before the war even starts.
Also the other nations where totally unprepared for what hit them. The air fags where like lazy pacifist hippies who thought they'd be fine because they lived ontop of a mountain that took flying to get to. They got genocided.
The water dudes where like a loose confederation of two separate tribes who really didn't support each other so one tribe completely collapses while the other hunkers down to do nothing.
The earth guys just had a fuck all large army that wasn't prepared for the level of fuck you the fire nation threw into their faces but because they are so big they didn't collapse and the fire nation completely runs out of steam.

it's because nekusar is not a cedh commander and it's a very newfag thing to call your buddy's strong deck "CEDH" just because it's strong and you're mad you lost to it. i can hear the seethe in your text by how you wrote "cedh fag", you got thoracled for the first time (probably not even, probably just pinged to death by forced card draw) and got mad, it happened to all of us.

nekusar is a class of commander that i personally refer to as the pubstomp commanders, who are only strong at like bracket 3 and below because those decks are the least equipped to deal with them and fall off hard in actual cEDH. edgar markov is another one, ur dragon is another. don't make the mistake of thinking anything in the top 50 of edhrec is a cEDH commander. those are all very strong commanders, but you gotta remember those are just the most played commanders, that doesn't make them competitive. a real cEDH commander is something like rograkh. you mentioned that you'd get hated off the table with nekusar as your commander, this will absolutely happen at bracket 3, but nekusar himself wouldn't even make the top 10 reasons to kill you at a cedh table (they'd just assume you're running a grixis shell). if you feel your buddy's deck is too strong for your table, that is absolutely a conversation to have, it's just not cedh

The Air nomads were pacifists living in isolated air temples that without the fire nation's airships which were recently developed had never needed to worry about invasion.

The Water tribes are split between the north and south pole, the Southern water tribe largely live subsistence lives hunting since they live in fucking antarctica, the Northern water tribe do have cities and fought against the fire nation, the fire nation literally killed the fucking moon to weaken waterbending did you even watch the show

waterbenders get their bending strengthened by the moon, including being able to bloodbend during a full moon even for people not normally capable of it. NGL Im salty cause last time at the LGS for the last game we all agreed to play "high 3 low 4" and I had a pretty good draw. I was able to play a tutor for 1 CMC and then I probably blundered by declining to play a card for free cause Valgavoth(?) player had the red enchantment in play that hits you for 5 for that.

I tutored a one-sided board wipe. I cast it a couple turns later and the Azorius flicker player Veto'd it and I was like welp its over. So ya fuck flicker players Im still mad that I lost that game.

i prob should have tutored my Smothering Tithe and played it but the retard at the table would likely have focused me down even harder if I dropped a Tithe on them

Deceptive Frostkite (or any clone really) copies Enduring Innocence.
What happens when the clone dies? It returns to the battlefield and then enters as a copy of a creature. Does it then turn into an non-creature enchantment because the effect resolves all at once, or does it become a regular creature because the copy effect turns it back into a creature?
