On a different note I like what you've tried to do with Shredder except it looks like you've used a jersey material tshirt (maybe the sleeve of a kids shirt?) to make Shredder's tunic. Unlike the fabric of your Cobra Commander's uniform, the knit of the jersey material is just too large and makes Shredded look like his mom crocheted his tunic, you can see the loops. The scale of the knit needs to be finer. Consider grey pantyhose leggings, leotard, or a finer material like satin from Hobby Lobby's costume fabric bolts. Also his knee armor looks like it's just floating there, consider adding some straps or painting the ones there a darker color.
