For the battle-damaged one, I'd say it doesn't matter if it stains a bit, but soft goods are coated in anti-paint bleeding treatment on top of that, so there need to be certain conditions met before it even stains. Those conditions are, I dunno… humidity, heat, maybe being close to a river or open water for a long period of time. Washing it actually makes it worse and more likely to cause paint bleed. Leaving the figures lying on it's back rubing against the shirt might also lead to stains.
If you're really, really paranoid about Yujiro specifically, I can wholeheartedly recommend buying the bootleg and treating that as a dressed Yujiro. It is a 1:1 copy with a hard plastic chest instead of a soft one, and if shit happens, you can use it for spare parts on top of that. It's a pretty good deal for around 20 bucks or so, and you could field two Yujiros with it. Naturally the faces suck but if you own the original it's not an issue and you can make custom ones with the shit ones.
But honestly for Yujro specifically, I wouldn't really care too much since you will most likely never remove his pants anyway.
