NTA, but on the one hand, I don't see why multiple people can't post the same "type" of art in these threads, it's not like it's a super active discussion or that we regularly hit image limits.

On the otherhand....I personally don't think I'd want to see this thread devolve into spamming AI crap. More OC content is always welcome in threads like these, so I guess if it's of actual toys that exist that you own and took pics of it's not that bad. But slight variations of the same pic modified/animated with AI might get a bit grating.

I still have all my store credit from the Nam Refund and was sitting on it in hopes they eventually get those figures out. Kinda crazy of em to put out a new series without getting the Nam stuff up and running, but it's all reused parts and builds I can see it being an easy way to get something new out there.

Strange they're going with a Dino hunting theme of all things though, but I'm curious as to what they'll actually be putting out. Maybe it's some sort of cooperative work with the BotM guys since I think MGR helped with their figures.

Hi 1/18, /dino/ here... I don't collect that much 1/18 human figures, but swear that I saw a prototype of Regina from Dino Crisis a while ago. Cannot find it anymore. Do any of you know if there's any company making it? It is probably one of those chinese bootleg so I cannot find it on Google

My Boris Ping Not Ava Wong and swimsuit variant are shipped from LT Cave so be on the lookout if you've preordered from there. Dino Crisis gal should be not far behind.

I'm a bit underwhelmed by a number of minor things (sub 90º hip articulation; loose-ish ankle with not great forward range; not-perfect color match between shoulder and arm; wrist and ankle joints painted instead of colored; a couple paint stains), but I can't say it's a bad figure. Definitely worth the purchase if you've been waiting 25 years for a Regina figure.

I don't normally care about the Warhammer stuff...but this is exactly the kind of tank I've been wanting for *years*. Damn thing costs more then the 1:12 Ramen Toys tank though...but it's practically the same size and has way more moving parts.

Knees are fine on mine. Knees and elbows have metal pins, I don't know whether it Wave 1 used the same system or not. The figure is soft-ish, but it generally holds well. Loosest joint on mine is one of the ankles, which barely has any friction.

(I've just uploaded a review to youtube, should be easy to find as I think it's the only one so far. It's in Spanish and I believe it takes a while for YT to generate autosubtitles after it's been proccessed, though)

I just got my Boris Ping figures and one of them has a knee joint so loose it can't stand at all. In wave 1 I had a figure with a completely locked elbow. I appreciate the effort but QC is just non-existent.

World Peacekeepers/Power Team Elite Main Battle Tank has the look. I think it's based off one of the Chinese T series copies.
If you want to go up a couples scales to 1:16 (and orders of magnitude of price bracket) there should be something you want in r/c.

MGR just posted info on their Dino Hunters' line. It's MGR teaming up with Creative Beast Studios and making MTF figures "in bold, iconic color schemes of early ’90s action figures".

Are there any modern 1:18 samurai figures? The only one I really know of is the G.I. Joe Retaliation Budo. I got this Mando helmet as a freebie when I ordered some other prints and wanted to make a TVC scaled version similar to the 6" Movie Realization figure. I plan to use Budo as the base but I just wanted to see if there were some other options out there for parts.

As far as other options you can do Joy Toy Dark Source figures but they're Chinese warriors. PVG may have some options sometime down the line if the Parallel War line ever comes out.

Several wads of tape and cardboard that can generously be referred to as packages were thrown, literally thrown, onto my doorstep by someone who wasn't USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc and now I have my PVG and Boris Ping girls however while the merch itself seems ok the packaging is bent to shit.

So anyone here have experience with the Soldier Story Exo Suit set? I remember being tempted by the original version but it was one of those things that I just completely forgot existed. I came across an old pic of it and decided to look it up to find the first one is long sold out but a repaint is supposed to come out soon and now that old temptation is raising it's head.

I could only really find one review of the whole set but it was pretty barebones and doesn't really show off what the set can do. Would love to get some first hands accounts of the quality of this set.

Fortunately yes. I mostly got them for fodder. As a figure the Boris Ping females aren't great until you factor in the fact that they're $20 and the parts are compatible with PGV and BFS so there's tons of kitbash and custom potential. I've been piecing together a PVG The Quiet for a while and she's done now.

I mainly wanted the Not-Ada Wong for the dress and heels. The neck strap on the dress broke on my first attempt putting it on
