It's hard to tell, but there does seem to be some stuff from the last 5 years on there. So they do still operate the website it seems.
Occasionally when I find a doujins(non-erotic) I'll try to look up the creators, and often they were still operating websites but barely updating. I imagine this is a similar case and her main market is similarly the same aging few fans who've been ordering from her for a while.
