Depends what kind of toys you want (statue, articulated figure, vinyl/sofubi, mini, etc). Go message customizers on social media or Etsy who do similar stuff if they are taking commissions. These will also be fragile custom figures that you have to be careful with. Not like shit you'd buy in the store that's factory made. And don't be like some noobs who come in expecting to get things without paying for it. Cut that "well if I buy something similar from the store it only costs X" shit out.

Start by making your own designs instead of ai shit, after you have a well designed character you can do a small batch on a Chinese factory like every one else does.
The molds are kind of expensive, so be sure to design something good.
If it's for that ai slop 3d print one
