I dont know whats going on. It feels like the universe is doing this to me just to fuck with me because it enjoys torturing me. Nothing ever improves and it makes no sense. It feels like something egging me on to kms and making my toys vanish is one of its attempts
>>11454392 (OP)I feel you. My favorite Hot Wheels from my youth was a black and blue 1932 Ford Vicky with red windows and cyclops decals. It was the oldest car I'd ever seen from HW and it was from the era when my gramps was growing up (he was a fan of Fords too). Unfortunately, the decals faded off but this made it look more stock. I built it a hood out of paper with a cutout for the blower at the top of the engine to make it look closer a regular one. Never took it anywhere outside the house, but somehow it has disappeared.
Do you keep your space tidy and clean? When you put your figures away, do each have a designated space (drawer, box, or container) that they reside in? If yes, your problem is of the magnitude you described. If not, I suggest cleaning and organizing. You'll probably find and/or rediscover lost items, as well as improve your mental health and establish a sense of purpose and habitat. All animals need a comfortable and familiar place to live, people are no different.
>>11454392 (OP)when I was a kid there where always toys missing when my cousin was visiting. I was a kid so I never connected those points but my mom wrote my initials under some toys and when we were visiting him she looked around "his" toys and found quite a lot of mine. He wanted to deny it but why else would my initials be on "his" toys? Well I got them all back and my uncle gave him a spanking that you could here outside.
>>11454526This is your problem anon. Clean your room. I have a pretty extensive collection displayed, and stored away and every figures has a place if it be on a shelf, or in a plastic tub, or in a drawer. Either way, pretty much any time I want to grab a particular figure, I know where it is. Accessories are a bit of a different story however. I store mine in those plastic tackle boxes you get from Bass Pro Shop. I have so many of them now, that I never know which one a certain accessory is in so I do have to look through each one until I find what I'm looking for.
Sounds like Anon's got gnomes!
