Be lucky enough to live near a phyiscal gashapon stall that's either owned by a separate company or one of Bandai's official ones and still exists, since the map in >>11455468 isn't up to date on several locations.
Otherwise just buy online. You can also get lucky with AliExpress, I bought some cryptid "Just Waiting For You" and they even included them in the gashapon balls.
