Any of the Ex:Ride vehicles, as they were made for figma. The SHF Bakuon! motorcycles should work, too, but I'm not sure if there are any deals to be had on those these days. Maisto may work for you, depending on the bike and the figure.

Mine is in storage, so here is a screenshot of in-hand youtube review. The Nausicaa Horseclaw is really one of the GOAT generic ride figure. It is surprisingly big and looks fantastic. There are two other variants, one with silver and one with gold armor. The one with gold armor was an exclusive release during peak covid and the aftermarket price is insane. I wish I have dozen of these

A rather unexpected one is the Lego Vespa. Makes me want to build all kinds of mounts for my figmas.

Try WWE stuff, might be a bit big but should work. There's also the Ramen Racer and other Ramen Toys stuff, though they can be a bit pricey.

As for mechs, the World of Halo Mantis actually has enough space in it's cockpit for 1:12 figures and G.I. Joe Classified is about to release it's SNAKE Armor, which is a massive bipedal mech suit.

If you are aiming for something organic you can get a Bring Arts Chocobo, fits well with said lines I said above, problem is this is already discontinued, personally don't have it as I prefer a more anime take of the said stead to match with my Bring Arts FFVII in OG(anime'ish) look so I am waiting for SE to release it if they want more of my money

It's from Bruder's 1:16 range, so it handles 4" modern era Joes easily. The seats might be too small for figma. I have a 1:16 helicopter from Dickie that would probably fit figma gals with some modification to the seats.
