Yeah, retcons aside I remember the mental time-traveling Yamcha and the gang did at Kami’s tower was 100yrs in the past on Planet Vegeta, and the city they were in was a complete wasteland, making me think it hadn’t been long since the Tuffles’ extinction. Contrast that with how much more decent the planet looked before Frieza blew it up in either versions of Bardock returning to the planet. Either Frieza loaned his minions to clean up the planet or the Saiyans got their shit together only fairly recently before their destruction.

“Primitive” might be a better word to describe pre-conquest Saiyans.

There are so many, though I would say my main ones would be characters that haven't had modern level good ones, so like Revy from Black Lagoon as an example and I am talking about 1/12 scale. Lara Croft, the Mass Effect characters like Jack, Miranda, Wrex etc. Selene from Underworld, tons from comic books like the Deadly Class crew (Saya Kuroki in particular), Slaine, PH34R from W0rldtr33, Forever Carlyle to name a few.

If we can include wishlisted ones, my most wanted at the moment would be characters from Sultan's Game, like the Sultan himself, Riel, The Roaming Swordsman, Arzu, Nabhani etc. they would make incredible action figures. My mind would explode if one of these chinese 3rd party teams took up the mantle to make them.

Should this also count as an "Obscure Toys Thread"? There's literally no place to talk about YAIBA (the second Gosho Aoyama manga series), and the swords are somehow designed to be made into toys, but was never made as such. The answer would have been the Raijin Sword, but they just got a toy in regards to the remake, so I guess it doesn't count, yet the possibilities and gimmicks of that sword is endless, since it has gimmicks comparable to modern toku gimmick toys, on top of hope that three more swords like it can happen too (Fujin Sword, Ryujin Sword, and Emperor Sword).

I've noticed that the sculpt that comes with the doll is a generic one that many other doll makers are fixing up to look like clair redfield from resident evil and with some hair and makeup I think you could pull off a scully from the X files too. Literally three killer looks for one great price. With wigs and clothes your imagination and the sky is the limit.
