Zaxx should be fine to give to a younger kid, he's solid enough to survive the potential beatings but not particularly a dangerous toy. The green one may actually be too creepy for little kids, I doubt my kid would want it and she's used to "scary" toys considering what's packed in my toy room. Nova I wouldn't give to any kids though because as others mentioned, that shiny plastic will flake and can be potentially toxic. Also that hairstand thing looks pretty solid and can easily be used as a weapon.
You also have no chance of selling them, nobody wants loose random 90s toys because they're not exactly hard to find.
So either keep holding on to em, or dump em. Find something more suitable to give to these kids.
