They switched Leo and Don's heads to be the proper ones on the proper characters.
They fixed the colors, after so many years of using inaccurate colors (I'm pleasantly surprised by this one just because of how consistently they kept using those inaccurate colors).
The got rid of the ugly warts.
The bad:
What's up the top of Don and Mike's heads? They're pretty misaligned. It could be a QC thing that's a case by case basis, rather than every figure sharing the same issues, but that's still a bad thing. Might be figures best to pick up in person than online. Other than this one gripe, though, I gotta say, I'm really liking these turtles. Huge improvement over the previous version they did with these molds.

Yes, I have always hated the Neutrinos. Probably an unpopular opinion, but they were the most cringey thing in the first season of the show, and feel even worse now when I watch it.
If you want to complete the list, add Doctor El, Monty Moose, Halfcourt, King Lionheart, Sandstorm and Hotspot. I think that's every unique mutant. Some of those later ones are easily forgotten.
The only main character variant I ever really wanted them to get to was Gatekeeper Rocksteady. Fuck I loved that guy. Maybe Sneedatello and Chuckleangelo for their meme potential.
The real missed potential was never making a Cheapskate and a Knucklehead. NECA might eventually make the latter, but I like the toy design better.

Neutrinos are the one group from TMNT that will never be in my collection. Never like their designs, and even as a kid I felt that their stupid beatnik/hippy dialect was jarring. In a show where one of the main characters frequently cries "cowabunga" they managed to stand out as kinda forced. Like the nerdy weirdo kid trying to act cool.

I'm not sure what a ball joint has to do with the top half of their heads.
What I mean is that Leo and Raph look fine, but Don and Mike have eyes that are completely off center.
As far as I know, the top halves don't move independently from the bottom halves and the entire head is just one piece,
so this misalignment is an issue. Looking at the previous release, though, I'm noticing some figures had this issue there, too,
and it was with different characters, so I'm guessing this is a case by case QC thing. Do we know if these are
going to be sold in stores, or are they online only?
