Any of you excited for the blue Venom?
>>11511417No but I won't mind having it. Last Venom I got was that shitty one on the Hyperion mold.
>>11511417sorta. I already have best Hyperion mold Venom and none of the other options ever made me consider getting a second Venom.
>>11511417The mafex one? Yes, definitely!
>>11511417The two-pack one with Cap?
I feel like that set will be 30 dollars by Christmas, and if so I'd definitely get it. I have plenty of Venoms but I haven't gotten any Cap except for the hydra one when it was on sale at walmart for like 14 dollars.
>>11511408 (OP)>Gambit is using a Starting Lineup buckthe nba jersey is the whole point of the license so that explains the ugly ab crunch you were never meant to see.
still cool to see him shirtless.
>>11511441They shouldโve given him a cloth pink crop top and and alt ponytail head
>>11511417Not really. I prefer him to be black, preferably with some kind of blue highlighting. Glad people are getting the blue one if they want it. I have the Walmart vpVenom and he's pretty good.
>>11511417Waiting for the figuarts that will MOG LEGENDSLOP.
>>11511437man you're lucky, starting price here is 78โฌ. No way it will ever go that low. And I can't justify almost 40 bucks for a figure with barely any accessoires.
>>11511404You people always have some excuse to defend them. How about they make new bucks and make them within the same scale as the old ones? Is that too much to ask?
>>11511534It is in scale to MvC dipshit
>>11511536NTA but they're assuredly going to reuse that buck for "comic" Wolverine figures.
>>11511536Dont care, its too big for Wolverine. The MVC figures should be adjusted to be their proper comic height
>>11511441Fuck Hasbro for starting with NBA, I wanted NFL figures! But because the NBA line failed so spectacularly, now Iโll never get them.
>>11511547I too wanted bulky football player figures. Maybe we'd get Cleetus too
>>11511547To what, army build Brett Favre?
>>11511592I'd get a Joe Namath figure, I've always thought he was cool.
Especially if it came with a fur coat.
>>11511536That's fine. But I personally am not a fan. I hope you enjoy it. I'm glad that thos came to light, it was just the push I needed to decide if I wanted to spend the money on ANOTHER tiger stripe Wolverine. I already have so many at this point. From several different companies.
>>11511441Lol I forgot this was ever a thing. What were they thinking
>>11511619>What if we brought back nostalgic 80s-90s property? But then they priced out the target audience.
>>11511626I am actually praying that all the teasing they've done with the Cold Slither shit leads to a Classified Jem and Holograms box set, because I think it would sell just well enough within the general audience but also with outside collectors to lead a Misfits box set, which is what I actually want
I guess that would depend on how well the Cold Slither set does
>>11511641Isn't Jem getting collector-aimed outsourced ones already?
>>11511648I have no idea, I just want more evil girls in classified
Are they any good spider-man figures with a removable mask that isn't just a head swap?
>>11511665how the hell would that even work?
you mean like an actual cloth full-cover head mask?
it's already dubious realism that it works in the comics, and in the movies they have to make that shit out of super thick material that wouldn't actually be practical
>>11511667There was one from when I was a kid that was a rubber(?) i think mask that I recall loving. Haven't purchased any figures for a long while but was hoping they've improved on the tech but I guess not haha.
>>11511678how did that even look on the head?
and did it start to deform or tear after like a month?
That was the same era they did the morbius figure with a rubber face and a button on the back that made the chin move down so he was like screaming or biting or whatever, and those figures' faces notoriously tore themselves apart by using the action feature as intended
>>11511408 (OP)Playing against Rogue with that much skin exposed seems like a dangerous game.
>>11511890but Rogue is fully covered
>>11511652There's a Jem doll at Walmart right now. Want to say The Loyal Subjects manufactured it. Base even plays a snippet of the OG theme, but they couldn't be arsed to use the Britta Phillips vocals.
>>11511872Too bad it's not a single release. Seems like he'd scale well with Marvel Select.
Do you guys think we will get a gameverse Storm or should I just buy the Marvel Legends X-Men 97 Storm & Wolverine 2-pack?
>>11511982Theyโre going to go the distance with gamerverse
>>11511626What was the excuse for the pricing anyway? Licensing? Likenesses?
>>11511995It was licensing. They have to pay the nba, the team, the players, the shoe brands, and maybe even Spalding, I can't remember.
>>11511999Gotta wonder how they managed to do it so cheaply back in the day. Maybe they just sold that many more of them.
>>11512002It was just that much more popular in the 90s and even 2000s. Genuinely, I can't even name a modern NBA player.
>>11511987So you say I should wait? Might be the better option because the pictures didn't look that good.
>>11512015It really just depends on which look you want for her. In the games, she appeared in her TAS outfit, except for MvC3 where she wore her 2000s era costume. If you're looking for a first appearance Storm, the new 2 pack with Wolverine isn't a bad option. They did another, slightly more comics accurate, one a few years ago in a 2 pack with Thunderbird, but that sold out quickly after she appeared in that costume in X-Men 97. If you're looking for something closer to her game look, they're doing an Outback version soon, but it's a Target exclusive, so chances are she'll be tough to get.
>>11511872Jesus, is he ever
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DMxiojJTrUQ/?igsh=YnlpdnIxcWRhbDI2
>>11511408 (OP)Why is Rogue also not shirtless?
>>11511441The ab-crunch that was completely useless because the shirts were made of thick stiff plastic, let's not forget
>>11512129>>11512130>>11512133I just can't unsee his huge hands and feet lmao. Even compared to Venom who has exaggerated claw hands.
>>11511900What if he goes for a dunk and she goes to block and her face makes contact?
>>11512151Yes thatโs how this was designed to be
>>11512133why are there holes in venoms calves?
>>11512142They didn't make any WNBA figures to flip for her.
>>11512188Insert tentacles
>>11512188extra erogenous zones for when MJ serves him sexually behind Peter's back
>>11511408 (OP)Why didn't they use the same buck for Rogue?
>>11512225he doesn't come with tentacles.
>>11512014yet the players today are earning 20 times more. the world is backwards.
>>11512062I guess Labron can be considered a modern player but he was around back in the 2000s, wasn't he?
>>11512375It's so fake and gay and only getting worse. 2025 has been the shittiest year, for me personally at least, in a long time. Way worse than 2020 with covid.
>>11511872On the plus side, if you needed a 7in scale Wolvie to fight a DCMV Batman, you've got one now.
>>11512873Man you over dramatic fags are about to get extreme fomo
>>11512898yeah extreme fomo over all the sweet 7 inch marvel selects we never got to go along with the new wolverine.
>>11512898I never played MVC so I don't care about this. I only care about Wolverines in scale with MLs.
>>11512898I have like half a dozen other tiger stripe Wolverines. From several different companies. I'll be fine skipping this one. Not sure why it upsets you so much. I hope you enjoy it.
>fomo
>over Wolverine
>who's had half a dozen releases in the last few years
So non of you knows why
>>11512188 ?
>>11512188>>11512929Hasbro still hasn't updated all their molds despite introducing pinless double joints over 5 years ago
>>11512929its called being cheap, I know, the truth is pretty lackluster.
I just got the wolverine silver samurai 2 pack. Itโs slightly bigger than astonishing but still shorter than most ml but a fuck ton thicker. I think a lot of this irrational screeching will stop in a few days when reviews pop up and you see it in videos not just pictures that offer a single framed perspective. Everyone was overreacting. Shocker right?
>>11512990Why is this so important to you?
>>11512996This is my first post on 4chins since the announcement of MvC gamerverse. Despite what you think there is more than 2 people posting on /toy/
>11512990
>11512997
You talk like a faggot
>>11512997I never said it wasn't. I just asked why it's so important to you.
>>11513005I was stating my experience and opinion. Why does anyone post their thoughts on anything? I enjoy it and I think most of you will too but are just looking for something to be angry at over boredom. Iโd rather people enjoy toys than having any sort of negative time over them.
>>11512999Limp dick punk bitch
>>11513011You're coming off as disingenuous at best right now, but whatever you say boss. It's alright that people have different opinions than yours. I'm glad you enjoy the toy. But don't throw a hissy fit at me for just asking a simple question.
>>11512990>>11512990 #
Get a load of these guy.
Buyers Remorse, for a purchased big wouldverive, or genuinely chourousity my anaomuous friend?
Please my friend reporte back to me if big would'verive is in fact to be had at every angle. If you know what I am saying to you, Is he big or is he smell?
Let us all be friend.
My post is in no way to make you angry my courteous friends, just for me to beware and the education of the unknown.
RIP BAF, wish we'd gotten a Stegron at least
When the fuck is Juggs and Shuma coming out? Literally the only good Marvel Legends figures I've ever seen.
>>11512990>resident shill says to stop pointing out a massive error and be an obedient little bitchIf I ever end up as pathetic as you just shoot me.
Is the Secret Wars Wolverine worth getting if you want a brown suit Wolverine?
The Krakoa brown suit was a bit too fat/built like a linebacker and not slender like Logan is supposed to be. Is it just as big boned? And are the claws build into the hand sculpts or are they removable blades (which annoy the hell out of me with the few Wolvernes I do own, IE civilian Movie Logan and Weapon X Logan).
>>11512129>>11512130>>11512133His size looks fine? I don't see what the fuss is about when MvC Wolvie always had funky proportions. 97 figure exists if anyone wants a normal looking Wolverine.
>>11513067They're done with BAF's? That makes me very happy
Seems Like MCU Spidey is getting a new suit, with raised webbings
>>11513067I hope BAF's burn in hell where they belong. Whichever cunt decided chopping a figure up to sit alongside shelf warming garbage deserves a special place in the pit.
>>11513067Man me too. My most wanted character at this point. Maybe we'll get lucky and Axytoys will make a stegosaurus warrior that's a good enough stand in. Defenders of Eden dino warriors made a stego man but it sucked, his plates were tied to his armor.
Speaking of dino men, do I get early access to the sdcc snap set with pulse premium or does it go live for everyone at the same time regardless?
>>11513279The colors are shit. The mafex just got reissued
>>11513067If cutting BaF parts that I almost never complete is what they're doing to keep the prices where they are, I'm ok with it. I'd much rather those BaFs get released as deluxe figures anyway so I don't have to buy something I don't want or resort to eBay scalpers just to get the last arm I need to complete one. Fine by me. It is ironic though, They got me to go all in on two waves this year, the Spider-Man retro wave, and the mini comic wave. I haven't gotten a full wave of figures since I think 2019. I just wanted everything in those waves.
>>11512937>>11512932ok that makes sense, I thought maybe they want to save money on plastic by leaving holes. But wouldn't that be an easy thing to fix? Just grind off a bit from the Mould.
Doom 2099 and Malice coming apparently as wave 2 of that gay ass magic the gathering tie-in.
Don't forget the MtG figs go up for pre-order today
I hope we get the numbered future foundation suits and not that colored in bullshit

>>11513535Honestly, these are my preferred versions. Representing the time when Johnny was "dead". Thinking back, it really was fun how interconnected all the Marvel books were during this era. What happened?
>>11513532I wish there was an option for those of us who don't want the extra cardboard.
>>11513564I wish the Retro Card Agent Venom had a peg hole in his back like that MtG Agent Anti-Venom apparently does for the tentacle backpack
If that Mary-Jane Iron Spider ever goes on sale, I'll probably get that, I like that wind-swept MJ head.
>>11513552Looks like they have dicks on their chest
>>11513577If your dick looks like that, you may want to go see a doctor. That's not normal.
>>11513564Some anon said try selling the card. I've done that in the past. I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh and when I would get a Collectors Rare or something like that in a box, I would sell that to pay for the box and probably the next one. I just would go to my local card shop and sell it to them, it was easy. I'm thinking of trying that out, but I don't know how good the MtG scene is, and the card shop I used to go to was more about YGO, Pokemon and Sports cards.
>>11513579It may not be normal but it is fantastic
>>11513591I dunno man. I don't think most women like chodes.
>>11513300Apparently they're not done and some of the new figures revealed like WW2 Logan are part of a BAF wave, but they're definitely on the way out. We only got three BAF's last year and so far only one this year so it's clear that they're winding down.
>>11513609they also rereleased and/or rendered obsolete probably more than half the BAFs they put out
>Rhino>Kingpin>Sauron>Lizard>Monster Venom>Space Venom>Sandman>Man-thing>Juggernaut>multiple Hulks>Odin>Thanos>Zola>Nemesis>Blob>Ares>Apocalypse>Ronan>HulkbusterThere's probably more.
Apparently there's a Hulk wave coming out, that'll definitely have Abomination.

>>11513534They're all up now.
None of them are pulse exclusive, which is good.
I think some of them might be pulse/amazon exclusive though.
>>11513596Most women bottom out at 6 inches and it hurts. Thick chodes probably feel better than needle dicks.
If you got the error message that says REFRESH THE PAGE
Don't
Because I now have two orders of the Savage Land set and the orders page won't load so I can't cancel one
>>11513636It's sold out anyways.
>>11513640Well if the orders page would fucking load I'd cancel one and maybe it'll go back in stock for a microsecond or however this shit works
>>11513636Same thing happened to me. Guess I'll hold onto the second set for now, maybe it'll end up paying for the first on ebay lol
>>11513636When you do manage to cancel itโll cancel both. Enjoy your two sets anon lol
40 dolarydoos + tax for a single figure, no BAF piece, and a piece of cardboard
>>11513646>>11513644Even though I got a email saying I ordered it twice with two different order numbers, the order page on Hasbro Pulse finally loaded and there's only one there.
Good?
Sold out. Told all the morons who said coomers didn't run Marvel Legends that there was no chance the general public would have a shot at the snap pack. And you thought bbts would get some? Hilarious
Savage land was really premium only? Or does it also go up at 1
>>11513677It's showing two orders on my page, but I did go through the entire process again after hitting the error page the first time.
>>11513676It's the famous toy collector + MTG autist overlap.
>>11513633I just can't bring myself to pay $40 for a regular Legends figure. Even if it comes with their gay cardboard.
>>11513636Weird. Their site must've jacked up. It's gone now, but I didn't want it. I did see they're reissuing Retro Carded Electro. I missed him the first go around and got the shittier modern one a while ago. Shit, I guess I can update him with the classic one now for a reasonable price.
>>11513700What if it came with cardboard you could use to make other people gay
>>11513701Go away loser. How desperate are you for interaction?
>>11513703Looks like the card is already working on you
>>11513711I think you should have spent a little bit more time on this counter because if he would know it would still mean you're gay
>>11513676You'll be able to sell the card for $20, but after eBay fees it'll be $12
>>11513719>heso weird how you pretend to be someone else. Post the display
>>11513624>Maximum Thor>Maximum Black Suit Spider-manI thought these were rumored for this year?
>>11513687everything always sells out on pulse, that's clearly some hype tactic they use
then half the time days later it's back up and stays up for months, like the twilight guard set or slice and dice
>>11513726Even if you sell directly to card shops I don't think you're going to even get $20 for these. And it's just not worth the effort to go down to the card shop and deal with those faggots.
>>11513727>bringing up pronounsUh oh
You're one of those
>>11513734Card shops give % of market value for trade ins so no chance. After selling my entire collection years ago I don't want to fall back into that trap
>>11513736Yeah, the sets are just not worth the extra $15 MtG tax. Especially since I vehemently despise that game and all that it has become.
>>11513624>Rivals Wave:>only dudesSince when do companies hate money so much?
All the $130-$150 range 3 packs are snatched on ebay. The frenzy is real, coomers are really out of their mind
>>11513745I would unironically only get that set for Sauron.
>>11513751well you can get him for a cheap $65 + $16 shipping
>>11513752I wouldn't ever buy it online.
It's more like something I'd splurge on if I happened to be in a comic shop and it was sitting on a shelf.
I did that with the RAFT SDCC years ago, and just for Purple Man.
Sure does look better in the render.
>>11513793still another massively imperfect rogue face
>>11513729Did deathshead sell out and then go back up?
>>11513799I don't know if Deaths head ever sold out at all.
The demand there wasn't that high.
>>11513798Yeah even having seen the source for it, they still missed the mark.
Civilization only has 30 years left. Do you really want to spend the time arguing over toy sell outs? Live your life.
>>11513809why does anyone give a shit about this gay OC, they need to do magik and psylocke and emma frost
>>11513807Most of us wonโt even make it that long YOLO NIGGA
>>11513824Phat digital fart meat and ham thighs
>>11513826that's every girl in the game, and every other girl in the game is an actual character
>>11513830Just admit your gay and jealous of her popularity
>>11513743>>11513809If they actually do the proportions right and make entirely new molds (like the Spiderverse ones), they might be able to scrape by and reuse some of these for other alt takes on characters.
Punisher is a standard buff dude (So is Moon Knight), Venom probably would need his own tooling (and Jeff is likely just a static solid figure) which leaves us with Spidey (which...they'll go to the fucking ends of the earth for that) and Luna, who they could probably reuse for other slim, athletic build women.
I am surprised they only picked one (and she's got a Spidey tax on her) but maybe we'll get more. I mean, coomers love the game but will they spend their money on these figures too, especially if they're not accurate to the games.
>>11513837Gamerverse Wolverine has me hopeful that they'll do something unique for at least a few of them.
>>11513832>gaythat part doesn't make sense, but I guess I am "jealous" that they're making a literally who overwatch rip-off waifu and not the waifus who are better and hotter
>>11513837>Spidey (which...they'll go to the fucking ends of the earth for that)Bruh they didn't even bother to make a new sculpt for his main suit on his own game that was a smashing success.
>>11513856Twice, they did that twice. If they'd put Miles in the game, I'd expect a decent figure.
>>11513837Ever since this was rumored ages ago, I've always assumed they were going to make all the characters in the generalized faux-realism style of the normal figures.
They've done that with all the other "gamerverse" shit so far.
>>11513918if it's overpriced anyway might as well get the one that you think looks better.
>>11513861>They've done that with all the other "gamerverse" shit so far.Obviously the Spiderman stuff looks like sht because his games look like shit.
>>11513918the irony is there some people who bought the maximum but will still refuse to buy imports
>>11513926All the Avengers game shit was even lazier, so was the 1 Midnight Suns figure they did, and most of the MvC2 stuff looks more like the comic art of the era than the more stylized game adaptations.
I just don't think they're going to create new bucks for all the beefy dudes or the big titty, fat-assed girls that would never be used for anything else ever again.
They'll just be using the same stuff they have been with new vests and armguards and that's it.
>>11513929There are reasons I can understand for that if the import won't fit their collection's scale.
>>11513929Is it more ironic that I bought both?
>>11513918>>11513929>>11513957Mafex didn't give Rogue an accurate ass either, so imports are just as faggy as domestic Hasbro crap at the end of the day.
Coomer set up to $250+ shipping active bids, everything below $200 range is gone.
am I the only cosmicfag here? what an odd combo but I'm still excited. wonder who they'll pack with Mentor?
>>11513971These people are short sighted. This set will be worth thousands in a few years.
>>11513971Those 228 people are the problem. They should not think anything higher than MSRP is worth even looking at.
>>11513971man if I would be Hasbro I would have made more sets and sell them myself on ebay to shit all over the scalpers.
>>11513408no one cares? damn
>>11513624no charles or magento??
Also i bet mystique isnt gonna be nude if they are redoing her figure
>>11513624Whereโs made to order MCU Galactus?
>>11514012Or they aren't retooling it at all and it'll just have a new head if she has a more comic accurate haircut instead of the slicked back look from the Fox movies.
>>11513974I'm pretty stoked for Champ too. I didn't know that the Dial M for Monkey episode was based off of his storyline until I was older, but I always have a soft spot for Macho Man voicing Champs Dexter's Lab equivalent. Don't care that much about Starfox, but he will be a good addition to the cosmic shelf. I'm in it for Champ though. Need him to fight Thing.
Why did BAFs die again? We are well into 2025 and there's only one BAF wave
>>11514037I imagine cost savings, but that WWII Wolverine is supposed to be a part of a BaF wave.
>>11514037>>11514043I think it's probably a combination of cost as well as running out of characters that would help drive sales. I mean there's a ton of characters out there that would work as BAF size-wise but I don't think there's a lot left that would drive people to buy a whole wave just for them.
>>11514043BAF might be Phantom/Ghost Riderโs horse since heโs also part of that leaked BAF wave
All that hyperventilating for nothing
>>11514045Releases like Dragon-Man and Mephisto would've been BAFs couple years ago. Also MCU Galactus even underscaled will be perfect thematic BAF for MCU F4, they had Giant Man as BAF back in MCU Avengers days. Other than that, I would love something like Acolyte Delgado, Blastaar, Titanium Man, Crimson Dynamo, Man-Ape, Mammomax, there are tons you can make. I kinda love bottom rung C/D lister /bigguy/ as BAFs
Is there a different between Marvel Legends and other Hasbro lines with regards to SDCC exclusives? This is the first SDCC set that I kinda want, the mood is really sour in Marvel Legends community, meanwhile people in similar boat like blackseries are more chill and expecting public preorder
>>11513997. I know last year SDCC Death Head was kind of a flop and he became easily available afterwards, even on sites like Amazon and fan channels. How about 2021, 2022, 2023 SDCC Marvel Legends? Any historian here?
OH NO HEโS NOT A MIDGET
IโM GOING INSANE!!!!!
>>11514037>Why did BAFs die again?Fans are morons and are willing to pay the same price for a figure w/ a BAF piece as that are a figure w/o a BAF piece but on a fancy retro card.
>>11514103Why are the blades longer than his forearms?
>>11514104The death of BAF's is nothing but a net gain for the consumer. No one wants to buy Literally Who (Variant Costume Seen Only Once, 45 Years Ago} just to get Right Testicle Of Highly Popular Character Needed To Complete The Figure.
>>11514107Everything was more extreme 90s. You wouldnโt get it.
>>11514104The concept of a baf has always been a fuck you to the consumer.
>>11514107the real question is why does he have blades coming out of his hands?
>>11513979>man if I would be Hasbro I would have made more sets and sell them myself on ebay to shit all over the scalpers.amusingly, hasbro got rid of their ebay store at the start of 2025.
>>11514073It's not the height for me. It's his oversized hands feet and head. Sorry if that rustles your jimmies but I'm gonna stick with one of the 7 tiger stripe Wolverines that I already have.
>>11514113No, the BAF concept was created to SAVE the line.
People forget how shitty distribution for Marvel Legends v1.0 (the Toy Biz version) was at the time it first came out; culminating in the debacle where TWO waves full of highly anticipated figures (Hawkeye, Vision, Apocalypse, Phoenix, Deadpool, Thomas Jane Punisher, brown suit Wolverine, Juggernaut) were pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to find at retail due to stores not ordering them at all.
BAF was a gimmick born of desperation to revive interest AND get entire waves bought up as people now had an incentive to do so.
Anyone got the MessToys Kaine yet? I want reports.
>>11514167This just only sounds like the incentive to move completely away from shit like Walmart and Target for dud figures, and swap to a preorder and made to order model. So you can line your shelves with your Spider-Man's and Wolverine's at your local slop retailer, while collectors can get their Literally Who (Appears In Issue 241 in the 60's of Captain Fuckwad) with no problem.
>>11514189I don't really see an issue with this. I don't get the hang up some people have with purchasing stuff in store exclusively. I don't get it, just order it online and forget about it.
>>11514189Your bullshit "answer" is why Walmart won't fucking carry new Marvel Legends. They have a TON of unsold Spider-Man figures clogging shelves and the only reason Wolverine doesn't shelf-warm like crazy is that there was a decent size period where Logan didn't have any new figures made and Hasbro currently underproducing Wolverine as a figure so he always is the first to sell the fuck out at retail.
Who is the most nakedness pinless figure we have, ideally with flesh colored elbows and knees. I might just commission Shana and Savage Land Rogue if the mass produced crack whore versions are selling for that much
>>11513974I'm excited for both characters, but seriously (and sadly), when's the last time we got 2 all new never before offered characters in the same pack? I'm supporting this release Day One.
>>11514201If they stocked comic figures they wouldn't sit on the shelf like mcu cap and spiderman
>>11514210Weโre about to get malice
>>11514251Thatโs what youโre dad said to me
>>11514073ok this height is acceptable. he only really needs to be shorter than most women.
>>11514093and he's still shorter than the old Silver Samurai buck, nice.
>>11514103these are the Jean and Scott on my shelf so I'm glad the size is right.
>>11514286>and he's still shorter than the old Silver Samurai buck, nice.Silver Samurai needs to be the size of the fucking hulk figures, but of course that's because all the ML hulk figures are undersized
>>11514210I'd say Kazar with Namor's feet and ankles, shave the wings. IDK what's going on under his loincloth tho.
>>11514293you know there was a real namor figure, right
>>11514297that's my Namor, I don't get doubles unless I really like the design and I love the sweat shop-tier painted face of Classic Namor..
>>11514293Obviously I meant female character lol. I just want to avoid painting and sanding joints
>>11513532It's going to be the green Wolverine-haired Marauder bitch isn't it? Because there's no way this gets a figure.
>>11514307They'll just color the exposed skin light grey or whatever like they did with Maddie Pryor 97
But that's only if it's not just the Rivals version, which they have been pushing
>>11513974I am most excited for this. And they're packed together because of the Thanos series where Champion was way smaller and drawn like shit... and treated even worse than he usually is.
Shanna is almost always barefeet and wears thong undies. I feel bad for coomers who pay scalper price for Tarzan's girlfriend from Marvel Snap - a slop gacha game.
>>11514193>I don't get the hang up some people have with purchasing stuff in store exclusively.Because they don't stock shit, is the problem. It's all shelfwarmers, every time, everywhere. Also when they DO put shit online, it sells out instantly because they never buy enough because they're fucking retarded.
>>11514324That Ben is making me very uncomfortable.
>>11514324>>11514356Ben has some real Ken Penders echidna abomination aura there.
This is so whack... The one time ab crunch is warranted is in spiderman figure, they opted for standard female buck instead of the one with ab crunch. Plus the MTG premium, it is 40 bucks just for MJ headsculpt
>>11514392I do really want that head. It didn't sell out anywhere that matters so hopefully it'll be down to 30 or lower in a few months.
>>11514373ugh I can't unsee it
>>11514324I only care that Shanna is barefoot and she isn't in the 3pack so no sale. anything above the ankles is fair game.
I have to ask what's wrong with getting rid of bafs? no one wants to collect a dozen shitty characters to make one cool character
>>11514307It's not Lorna possessed by Malice if that's what you mean. Sue and her dominatrix phase has started to get merchandise based on it/used in video games, so it's getting made.
Lorna as Malice would be preferable since a lot of folk want the Marauders in action figure form.
>>11514438It was the best way to get obscure characters like holocaust.
>>11514444the four Horsemen have said multiple times it doesn't matter if a toy is 1/12 scale or 1/18 scale it still costs the same so it doesn't make any sense larger characters could cost for a single release
>>11514446I don't know who you're talking about but it's easier to place someone who might not sell much in parts in multiple good figures and have them a guranteed hit and for the ones who want the odd character like Wendigo, holocaust or Deadpool venom they can get the set.
>>11514452>I don't know about you and those coomeroos you got pulling out of your ass buy bafs? are wholesome. and kino. and based. and epic. and beautiful

We know
>>11514471No, heโs from asia
>>11514438Bigger obscure characters do not warrant single release. If it were not for BAFs we will never get figures like Puff Adder will never be made.
>>11514483>Bigger obscure charactersusually look cooler and have unique tooling compared to the sloppy crap marvel legends are known for
>>11514392MJ just didn't even bother to conceal her identity? Women moment
>>11514392Thatโs hasblo for ya, always behind everyone else. Canโt blame them when hastards buy regardless so why bother innovating. Meanwhile JADA has improved their articulation scheme for all upcoming figures, meaning toe joints and ball shoulders for all of their lines
>>11513974Why would I be excited for single elbows and no butterflies?
>>11514525characters > toys
>>11513974I'm more excited for starfox. Champion didn't really do much in the 70's/80's outside of his silver surfer appearances and when he did he didn't look as big as I feel the figure will be.
>>11514525Because you never actually wanted those characters.
>>11514089This is a 3 pack with 2 half naked women. I think the chance it will be easily available is a vain hope. That's what I believed before release and i have seen nothing to contradict that since.
>>11514104ML Baf parts are worthless. I've never completed one. None of them are worth the $100+ it would cost to compete.
>>11514523And their msrp will probably be 35 soon with all that extra money spent
>>11514592Not poor so Idk
>>11514532So by that logic letโs put all characters on pizza spidey body.
>>11514579Oh I do, but I want them on good bodies with modern articulation.
>>11514602If they're on appropriate body molds than it's fine. But I agree with the other guy. I'm not collecting MLs because they're the be all end all of action figure engineering and design. I'm buying them because they're characters I want figures of. Simple as. Just buy SHF blank bodies of the character doesn't matter to you.
>>11514532rule 1 toys toys toys
>>11514617Then just collect cards if you only care about characters. You say you donโt care and yet you โupgradedโ all your toybiz legends to hasblo product. Just admit youโre a hasshill and weโll move on.
>>11514631What kind of shit logic is this? I want plastic representations of characters not cardboard print outs. As long as the body mold is fairly appropriate it's fine. As long as Wolverine is short, Spider Man is skinny and Hulk big and bulky then it's fine. Acting like Marvel fucking Legends should be the pinnacle of action figure design is stupid and you're stupid. Don't >no u me again you smooth brain.
Why do you even collect this line if you don't care about the characters?
What comic has the most and best J. Jonah Jameson scenes?
>>11514654So you still have toybiz figures on your shelf then?
>>11514667I wasn't collecting toybiz back then. So no. Once again, why are you collecting this line specifically if you don't care about the characters? I answered your question it's only fair you answer mine.
>>11514670Seems very unlikely you werenโt. You are lying. I am interested in marvel, have been my entire life, however I will not settle for mediocre slop. That would be a pathetic thing to do. I wouldnโt collect dog turds wrapped in character specific apparel because โmuh character selection.โ
>>11514674>Seems very unlikely you werenโt. You are lyingLmao, based on what exactly? Go ahead and prove it you dribbling retard. I'm sorry that you're too busy wasting what few brain cells you have left sperging out at me because I enjoy my toys and buy toys of characters I like, even if they aren't necessarily the greatest figure of all time.
I don't need something to be perfect anon. In fact, expecting perfection is just going tomkake you insane. Hell, it seems it already has.
>>11514680Getting this irrationally upset just proves I caught your bluff, hasshill. Never did I say I wanted perfection. I just want hasblo not to go backwards, which they are constantly.
>>11514682Where did I say I was upset? At this point you're just dodging questions and going >no u!
I hope you're able to find the peace you so desperately seek.
>>11514684I already answered your question? I donโt indulge in mediocre slop. Your emotions seem to be getting the better of you. Retreating to your typical defense of the โno uโ statement, even though it has no relevancy, just further proves that you are irrationally upset.
>>11514685I asked you to prove I collected ToyBiz too but you won't do that either. You're the one making baseless claims with zero basis and getting mad at me because I buy toys based on the character and not whether or not an arm on one figure can bend a millimeter farther than another. First you said I should just collect cards of these figures. Then you said I collected toybiz, what next? That I'm Dan or Dwight lol?
>>11514686I already know youโre the resident shill, youโre here constantly always defending hasbloโs awful decisions. Though I have no tangible proof that you have collected toybiz figures thereโs no doubt in my mind. Call it detectiveโs intuition.

>>11514725Why does it bother you?
>>11514733our boy danhausen
>>11514735Because toys are supposed to be for fun. We never said "I need a plastic representation of Spider-Man" in the 90s, we said "wow that's a cool figure". It sounds so business or accountant-like.

Plastic wholesomeness of synergistic toyetica. Like and subscribe.
>>11514738Because you were a child in the 90s. And as a child you played with your toys. As an adult, I don't play with my toys in the way I did as a kid. Sorry I'm not in my mid 30s playing with my toys like I was when I was six. And it's not like I'm out there calling them "plastic representations" I only said that in the context of that conversation I had with the other anon. Cammy looks no better than the kind of shit you could buy 20 years ago. As a coomer I was looking forward to the JADA series as being generally affordable with decent posability but all the women's faces look low-effort. No personality, bland, low detail.
>>11514878She looks like she wants a chuu
Thoughts on War Machine Omega Red 2pack? How MVC are they compared to past releases, any upgraded molds or is it just straight reissues
>>11514931a pinless omega red would be great, but silver samurai wasn't much of an upgrade over the old one so who knows
>>11514931Outdated sloppy re-releases. Just want for the Bandai Figuarts.
>>11514878Cammy has never gotten a good figure. They all end up fucked in some way. Which is retarded, because she is NOT hard to make a good figure of.
But instead we get shit like
>fucking peanut joints>shit face sculpts>SHF's painted on ass and flesh>Jada retard faces (not knocking Jada as a whole, their male faces are fine)Etc. As a Cammy played since SSF2, it's a fucking wasteland. There is NO good Cammy figure.
>>11514970>Jada retard faces (not knocking Jada as a whole, their male faces are fine)Yeah, that makes it worse.
I considered getting Ken, because that figures look decent, but then I considered how I obviously wouldn't just want Ken. They haven't done any of the other characters I've actually enjoying playing as over the years, but I know if they do classic Elena or Juri they'll look like ass like Cammy and Chun Li do, so there'll be no point.
>>11514878> As a coomer I was looking forward to the JADA series as being generally affordableGuess you better pony up the cash then, crybaby coomer. She looks video game accurate to me. Shame you can't get a real woman instead of wishing you could get off to plastic toys.

>>11515109So basically most of the planet.
>>11515081I was going to get one and hopped on right before it went live, but didn't realize it was going to be pulse premium only. As soon as I saw that I was out, and I saw it sold out within a minute or two anyway. $90 sure, but I wasn't going to spend another $50 for their gay little club.
>>11514743I recognize that hand.
>>11515081Honestly only wanted it for Sauron so I'm hoping people start selling him or the BAF
>>11515137That may be the most likely part to get sold individually but more sales will probably just be scalpers selling all 3
>>11515151I think Shanna is the most likely to get re-released.
This is already the second Sauron release and they'll probably never do Savage Land Rogue ever again.
>>11513799It got farmed out to other stores i thought? Didnt bbts have him at one point?
>>11513801I know he was a more marvel uk guy with some ties to transformers but id think deaths head would be on the lower tier of awareness, with even deaths head 2 being the more popular of the two.

>>11513974Nah, i like the cosmic stuff too.
Idk, jack of hearts? Pip the troll?
>>11515202He was a Transformers character that Marvel sneakily did a cameo of in an issue first, to swipe the rights for before his actual debut.
>>11515202Death's Head is on BBTS right now, and on sale no less.
>>11515212>>11513799I can't believe people would compare Death's Head to the first Shanna ML release and Savage Land Rogue. Like these aren't even close to on the same plane of existence.
>>11515219Yeah, Deaths Head has more fans given it's part of 3 different fandoms.
>>11515081No. I already had Sauron, and having to buy him AGAIN just to get the other two was a no-go. I don't care about Rogue, how many Rogue's do I need in my collection? >>11515234get it, sell rogue, sell sauron
>>11515234You're a rare man. Every time I tell people here I won't buy a 3 pack due to only wanting 1 or 2 of the figures they call me a poorfag.

>>11515236you act like he can buy it. its sold out.

>>11515245>doctor who and transformersit's not a doctor who or transformers figure
>>11515250That's the series he's been in. Also Marvel owns his copyright currently.
>>11515249Do what you want with your money, but personally for me Iโm going to wait for the SHF.
>>11515250you know you can google this shit to confirm before looking like a complete idiot
>>11515240Thanks. Yeah, I'm just beyond sick of Hasbro forcing us to rebuy shit we already have just to get a new figure. I've been getting more and more choosy over the past few years, and I think the whole BBTS tariff bullshit just finally pushed me over the edge into making as much as my own shit rather than dealing with FOMO bullshit.
I've bought several resin and FDM 3D printers this year. It's not difficult to make Shanna's costume, BossFight Studios has a 1/12 female buck coming out, and I'm planning on using my extra Sharon Carter head from the Shield 3-pack for her. Plus I bought an iPad and Nomad Sculpt which is a blast for sculpting toys with.
This hobby is supposed to be fun. FOMO chasing and getting price gouged on crap like MTG trading cards raising figures to $40 is just not fun any more. And I gotta say, painting my own stuff is actually immensely fun and addicting. I'll still pick up ML here and there, but when they pull this shit I just shrug.
Look up Azrach toys on Youtube, he's been making his own 1/12 figures for awhile. It's getting where anyone can do it.
>>11515265then you can surely find me this significant amount of doctor who and transformers fans that bought the figure
because it didn't sell out and you can find it everywhere, which suggest to me that that didn't happen
>>11515274im not that anon, im just here to stop you from mouthing off shit you clearly dont know anything about
>>11515274Trying to argue fan density when it contains the fandom you are in plus two whole other ones is retarded, and you are retarded.
>>11515279Once again, it's a Marvel Legends figure.
If you would like to prove me wrong and say that it had some massive crossover sales the likes of which are even worth mentioning, go ahead.
I didn't say the character is not from whatever the fuck else he's from, I said the figure is a Marvel Legends figure, which in all likelihood would preclude a large amount of Transformers autists from buying it.
Especially compares to something like the GI Joe/Transformers sets that come with actual 3.75 inch GI Joe figures and an actual Transformer for example. I don't even think those sets even do that well, because not unlike Death's Head, you can find them everywhere.
I don't know if you really needed a "win" today, faggot, but this isn't it.
>>11515283Not soon enough.
FWIW I went ahead and got the Deaths Head figure. I'd been on the fence about him, he's primarily a UK character. I've read most of his books, but there isn't much, and IDGAF about Transformers or Doctor Who. He is a pretty cool design, and I already have DH2, so why not? Wish he'd been even cheaper though.
>>11515289this is where Hasbro fomo and marketing tactics pay off. They get people talking about this year's sdcc exclusive and gets eyeballs on last years to get sales.
>>11515347they probably didn't even turn a profit on that figure sales-wise since tons of stock was offloaded to other retailers seemingly at cost
>>11515289I got him last year. He's a pretty cool figure and a nice edition to my cosmic shelf. Plus he goes nicely with Crystar and ROM.
>>11515347Whoa, look at the Big Brain on YOU! I had FOMO on a year-old figure! Whew lad! No, you fucking reptile, I saw people here saying it was on sale, I thought the sale price wasn't bad, so I finally got him. Damn you're fucking stupid.
>>11515358I'm pretty sure most of the posters here are legitimately children or actually mentally retarded. I don't understand how some of these people come to the conclusions they do.
>>11515364True. I had hoped many had found another place when this site was down for awhile.
>>11515358How ignorant do you have to be? The fomo is for the CURRENT one to get people talking about it and then discussion gets drummed up about previous sdcc exclusives, which gets you looking at buying the sale price last year sdcc exclusive, which you did. you fell right into hasbro's hands
>>11515397>An attempt was madeYou poor kid. How do you get through life being this stupid? Instead of just dino nuggies your mom should try to work more vegetables into your diet.

>>11515606Ops don't save every thread like us cool kids so they don't need the number
>>11515606Just use the archive link in the OP.
Do NOT buy the $40 MTG card figures. They are a feeler for how high the price can be for a normal figure. If they succeed, Hasbro raises prices.
>>11515667Calm your tits. No it isn't. It's just Hasbro trying to promote its latest Tranny The Gathering crossover. And no, I'm not planning on paying $15 cardboard tax. ,maybe if Man Wolf goes on sale.
Been out of the game for like a decade at this point. What happened to the Marvel What The - ?! stop motion vids on YouTube - can't find them at all. Shame. They were pretty good
>>11515709They stopped making them for a while but just recently, like maybe a year or so ago, they said they were going to start making them again. I thought I saw some new ones, but I can't remember now.
>>11515709Just a quick search on YouTube shows this new one they did a month ago. All the figures are modern. Also, anyone else find it funny they used Mafex Thor? I guess Marvel approves of Thorlet.

>>11514037BAF was the way for them to offset the cost of a larger figure by spreading it across a whole wave sometimes with literal whos as a poison pill for retailers to carry the whole wave.
What i've noticed in the last year or so, retailers do not want Marvel Legends. I think a lot of it has to do with the disastrous Eternals stuff, but miss after miss of shelfwarmers (Doctor Strange, both Black Panther waves) and the random MCU bullshit like Jimmy Woo made retailers very very afraid to carry any full BAF waves. I hardly even see MLs on the shelves any more; its either the MCU anniversary pack or retro card slop.
>>11515734Mostly the same is occurring with DCMV. Not sure why but Star Wars is still on the pegs. I would think that would sell worse than Marvel for sure. I look forward to the day when Target no longer gets exclusives.
>>11515734>>11515755Ya see I've noticed that when they do stock MLs at Target and Walmart, most of the time, unless Target ordered a entire case of one character, they all usually sell through. Not nearly as many pegwarmers as there used to be. So now that stock is selling through on a regular basis, the pendulum swings back and they'll start ordering more product again in the next couple of years. It's cyclical. This happens every couple of years.
>>11515777They should probably just find a sweet spot and order that rather than deflating too far or inflating too far
>>11515824just like with video games, these companies are at the mercy of stockholders and board members who don't even participate in the industry they own
when the company is doing well, they just order them to make and ship more until there's too much
when they aren't doing well, they clam up like a certain ethnic/religious minority that most of them probably literally are a part of anyway
Returned my Maximum hulk. That soft plastic on the chest is going to age like shit.
Any recommendations for a definitive hulk other than that one? Don't care about accessories too much. Just want an in scale hulk figure with hard plastic
>>1151584920th and 80th anniversary are your only other decent options.
>>11515667WAY ahead of you
>>11515670>maybe if Man Wolf goes on sale.This. He's the only one I want, but fuck their $40 bullshit. I will either skip him entirely or buy him on sale.
Remember when Toad was $40? Now he's frequently under $20 for that 20th anniversary figure.
>>11515734>or retro card slop.Which of course turns into a single peg of only one character, not much different from the pegwarmers, and these keep getting clearanced.
>>11515864>Remember when Toad was $40? Now he's frequently under $20 for that 20th anniversary figure. They had balls considering he's a midget joke character no one would buy for even regular price unless they were rounding out their Brotherhood roster.
Why yes I did buy the Marvel Legends 20th Anniversary Toad figure, how did you know?
>>11516054Hasbro is a small independent company, new tooling is super expensive, please understand
>>11515849>>11515850I recommend the Select Hulk
>>11516054you will still buy it so why should they give a shit?
>>11516155Select Hulks are semi-immobile bricks, but they are in the proper scale for a Hulk in comparison to a standard ML.
I have the Select Red Hulk and it's a great background show piece on a shelf
>>11515283>bandana Frank>sweater Furynot my favorite look so hopefully never.
>>11516182Not a gaymer, huh? *sips cum*
Can you guys help id whose trenchcoat is this?
>>11516363Spider-verse Noir Spider-Man.
>>11516155Huh. Finally a decent use for that Hood head that actually fits a character. Whats the rest of the recipe on Bruce?
>>11513974I would have liked a boxer Thing.
I got the shanna pack today, like it a lot.
>>11516410what's under the loincloth
>>11516410>>11516413I'm more interested in what's under the shirt. I'd like to see if cutting it down for some cleavage is possible.
>>11516413>Tell me about Shanna, what does she have under the loincloth
>>11516413>>11516415>>11516417Under loincloth has a painted on swimsuit style bottom that's thin on the hips but fully covers ass and crotch. I'll grab a pic on a bit. Body itself looks good. Top is non removable, possibly glued on. Underneath in front there's some kind of deep cut notch, so any cutting would require some sculpting or filling underneath.
>>11516434why did they give her such a braindead bimbo face
>>11516445God damn, Hasbro has been holding out on us.
>>11516445>can't afford few drop of silver paints to paint the zipper on Strong Guy>wasted slops of paints to censor coomer figures
