A lot of countries are going to be suspending shipments. If you want a package to you’re going to have to pay FedEx or DHL for express, anything that touches USPS for final delivery seems to be getting suspended because no one knows what is going on.

Anecdotal, but I was just in line at the post office and overheard a young couple discussing that they were going to forego Christmas gifts this year because it was just too expensive, only to ship them, let alone actually buying the item. I think that is the question most people are asking. Walmart, Amazon, etc. aren't going to pay out of pocket for tariffs though and are just going to pass the cost on to the consumer, so I don't think we have gotten to a point (assuming one even exists) where these tariffs benefit the consumer in any way.
