Animals are by far the most efficient and easiest way to deliver sufficient protein and many kinds of vitamins and nutrients to the general population. Do you really expect the average obese 90 IQ Joe to have the time and intelligence and money to buy all the supplements needed for a healthy vegan diet and to count his macros and to spend more money on food and do all sorts of extra work when he could just buy a steak?
