It was unironically kino, though it just made me hate Disney Star Wars even more on account of how juvenile and poorly made it all is by comparison.

The thought that they made a show this good with amazing characters and compelling political drama for it all to be in service of 'somehow Palpatine returned...' might have made me hate the Sequel trilogy more than I ever have before.

Show was great and got sort of rekindled my interest in Star Wars after that was tainted by the Disney trilogy.

The brand is EVEN MORE dead for me on account of how good this was. It made me realize how juvenile & pathetic the entirety of Disney Star Wars is compared to this, and how dead the franchise is as a whole to me on account of how for every 1 truly good piece of media you get from them (by accident probably since I don't think any higher up was really involved in this since they probably thought it was doomed to fail), you got a dozen flaming piles of dog shit that undermine the one good thing that was made.

This show was amazing, but I think it finally made me accept Star Wars is dead because they're not going to be able to make another show or film like this that blends well into the only thing I give a shit about (the OT), so the rest of the franchise can suck a bag of flaming nigger dicks for all I care.
