Animation
In a world of ever increasing AI and corporate slop, sometimes smaller more intimate works can still capture that spark of the human soul. This is a thread for Animation, be it film, foreign, short form, music video or otherwise what do you feel is worth contributing to this shared aggregate?

my guess is humans trying to put their dreams, insanity or pain into paper or a visual form as accurately as possible for the sake of telling a story, not letting a computer do it and half ass it nor doing it to please a board of directors and think about the profit

It's a deliberately nebulous and vague statement intended to invoke the reader's imagination as to what intended relevance it bears.

animation has allways been about derivative mass production of standardised, modeled characters in repetitive movement, since day one, AI tools that can do away with things like decking and phazing are like a gift from god to animators, AI cant do shit to animation because its just another technological gimmick animation will just absorbe into its eternal generic hyperfunction

Then let us hope AI aids in this then. I can see the many uses of it in reducing work load for bring a creator's vision to life in animation. Shortening development periods for video games, a necessity going forwards as general development times for "AAA" games is up to seven years now with budgets upwards of hundreds of millions of dollars.
