I can't imagine that Nina would be in a hospital gown if she self-harmed so I'm going to imagine that Cancer Patient Nina came in for her chemotherapy treatment and Doctor Momoka accused her of not taking her treatment seriously and not wanting to live so Nina got mad and smeared blood from her IV injection site to show Momoka that her blood wouldn't be so warm if she wasn't trying to live and also to make a medical waste mess in the middle of the hospital. Later, Momoka smacks Nina's ass through the hospital gown. I wish I was brave enough to write AU shit, everything I write is some variation of
