Wow - I've played this and Outer Wilds and was blown away both times! (Played OW DLC too)

What are some other blind puzzle games with environmental storytelling like these?

Closest thing to Obra Dinn is the Case of the Golden Idol but the game's not as good.
Fez has somegreat out of the box puzzles relying on you observing the environment, while being mixed in with normal puzzles.

Sequel is more of the same. Very good if you liked the first one. The plot takes longer to come together but is more satisfying in the end. The game has a lot more puzzles where you have to compile info from multiple puzzles together.

I honestly found Obra Dinn quite easy, there was some difficulty after the first few but process of elimination means the fates just get easier and easier to guess, only ones that really threw me were the tattoo guy being New Guinean (Thought the tattoos were Celtic) and figuring out who the purser was

It's very clever, but it's not a pure logic puzzle like Obra Dinn as some of your actions have consequences that you can't predict.

how dare you compare that piece of shit Outer Wilds to the masterpiece that is Obra Dinn
Golden Idol and it's sequel are great but really easier
Hypnospace Outlaw is incredible
Chants of Sennar is fun but short
everything else is pretty meh or an excuse to do math
but seriously, fuck Outer Wilds and all its fanbase

This is an unfortunate flaw of many, if not all, games with knowledge-based progression. They're captivating the first time through, but you can only have those "aha!" moments once. Even if you come back after ten years or so, you'll still have faint memories of all the big twists.
I wish I could forget everything I know about Void Stranger. That game blew my mind with some of the tricks it pulled.

Honestly I can't think of many games in those styles, I'd recommend The Forgotten City but it's far too linear and scripted to say that it's on the same level of OW or OD
