I can only do 1 county starts. Anything more feels like cheating.

It's not about playing it's about letter a story happen organically. It can be a story about a very small count and his descendants rising to power, but it also can be the tale of a supernaturally powerful king carving himself an empire, while his descendents try to maintain and maybe expend it.
Both are fun.

They still hasn't made anything substantial for feudal Catholics, the most popular region in the game. Northern Lords is fine but the majority of it content is just vikangz shits and the Iberian dlc is pure cancer. CK3 sorely need a Sons of Abrahams and Holy Fury like expansion.
