To tiktok addled retards. The games I enjoyed most as a kid had great progression and secrets to uncover. Figuring out how to unlock characters without the use of the internet felt like a real accomplishment and not some boring rng or pity handout. The internet has fried people's brains and made them addicted to instant gratification and games like this just threw away an aspect of what made them fun and fulfilling to play in order to pander to these fried dopamine receptors.
