Combat *exists*.
Combat is just backing up in a straight line while spam clicking the enemies with a hammer. There's nothing "fun" about it because combat is barely a mechanic. It's as fun as pressing interact on NPCs.

The game is enjoyable, but combat is definitely not one of its draws. Trying to sell the game on its combat is like trying to sell Minecraft on its shooting mechanics.
