Mindseye keeps crashing at a certain point in the game. It heavily drops FPS and then inevitably crashes. It works perfectly from thr start, up until a very specific mission. I've enjoyed it so far, but this bug is ruining it for me.

Nah. The only reason publishers don't usually go after streamers is because it doesn't make financial sense, they still absolutely can if they wanted to (and have). They also don't usually do what's happening here because the backlash and loss of goodwill isn't worth it.
