Call it a hugbox if you want but I'd like to probe something I might not have played. So shill some video game you like and mention what you like about it. Be it new or old. I'll go first.
>SMT SJR
Pleasing musical score and swapping out the press turn system touches me a bit out of my element as a more modern Megaten enjoyer. The story kept me engaged and I quite enjoyed the layouts of the dungeons even if most were a tad too easy outside the true final dungeon. The characters felt much more in-depth than SMT 3 which I also quite liked.
>DEEP ROCK GALACTIC
The single best co-op shooter I've ever played. Great community, great gameplay, great sound design, damn near great everything. Sadly the devs are trying to make it a lifestyle brand with plushies and spinoffs, all of which suck, but the core game is still fantastic.

Tainted grail. Everything I wanted from an elder scrolls game. The world is more fun to explore
Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light.
Granted, it's rough as shit but doing a Ironman run of it has been surprisingly fun.
>>712444620 (OP)I like SMT4 Apocalypse. The gameplay is amazing and there’s a lot of demons and demon fusion autism. The character dialog is horribly written but I still like the worldbuilding. I like all the different factions who are trying to survive after the apocalypse. Mikado and Tokyo are two distinct regions but they’re both really great settings and I like the fakeout plot in 4. The plotline with Akira becoming Aquila is really interesting and I liked learning more about him in Apocalypse. I thought that the original town you start off in in 4 was a mistranslation (they call it Kicchigiorgi instead of Kichijōji) but then I realized that it’s on purpose and that Akira just took names from Tokyo and changed them up a little when he was in charge of naming places in Mikado. I just can’t get into SMT 5 the same way though I still do enjoy the new demons, skills gameplay and fusion autism.
A Mario 64 romhack called Patchmaker's Workshop.
Has about a dozen powerups you can unlock and switch between on the fly. Very consistent levels with only 2 or 3 stinkers, and an overall polished experience with well done cutscenes and boss fights.
>>712445070 I've played their roguelite deckbuilder. I feel like they use the same lighting and assets between all of their games but I quite enjoyed Tainted Grail: Conquest.
>>712446243I wouldn't count them but if you like something enough there has to be some merit to it so let's hear it anon.
>Avowed
The good:
-Combat (Particularly magic)
-Level design
-Exploration
-Environment visuals
-Worldbuilding
The bad:
-Dialogue
-Character visuals
If you're in the mood for a first person fantasy RPG that isn't open world sloppa and don't mind Borderlands tier dialogue, I think you'll have a good time with this game like I did.

Combat and physics are fun. Like drunk fighting. Game is pretty linear which isn’t a bad thing but the game itself feels dated for sure
>>712444807Game was great and I hated when I finally got good enough that there was absolutely no challenge left. I wish they made a haz6+
I know some people have said that there's like a spawn slider now or something but it's not really the same thing
