It's not that it's impossible, moreso that due to the issues that presently exist with the propagation of information that it's not exactly commercially viable anymore.
Also most people that care about quality don't waste a ton of their budget on the sheer level of astroturfing and shilling that's required for people to actually know your shit exists.
