So realistically, what can Sony learn from Stellar Blade's success on Steam? Their console is obsolete? Pander harder to the asian market (most of the game's players come from china)? Make more AA games (the game supposedly only costed 30 million)?

They won't learn since they are retarded.
What did they learn from concord flopping so hard? Nothing and the went straight back into making another live service game.

Sony will never learn anything, not from Concord flopping and not from Stellar Blade's success, so long as their headquarters is in California.
Leftists are immune to all facts of reality.

To be fair, concord was the same case for disney where these projects were a decade long commitment that were pushed by jim ryan when he was still around and they couldn't just shelve them easily because investors paid them to make live service games. It was already too late course correct.
