You people realize that managers and supervisors are like the most important job right? There is a reason why they're at the top of the hierarchy and get paid the most. And no they're not just sitting around while everyone else does the work. They are specifically there to make sure none of the people doing the work ACTUALLY FUCK EVERYTHING UP which happens all the time if you've ever had a job in the real world, instead of being a smelly neet or working part time at subway.
