The funniest thing about this whole scenario is they was fucked because of their body model.

The model is a roided up crossfit "athlete" but the problem is, they have to claim she's natural. If they claim the body isn't natural, they'd dispute her claims to being natural in competitions and she'd probably sue them.

You only really need 500 calories above maintenance level to build as much muscle as possible. If you're on steroids that number might be a little higher like 750 or even 1000 since the extra hormones help your body build muscle faster, but 4000 calories is generally overkill, and 7500 calories is a straight up waste of money

her physique doesn't make much sense to that end. she looks like a bodybuilder, not a killing machine. professional soldiers etc. tend to have more lean physiques because 90% of the time you need cardiovascular endurance and some maximum functional strength. her physique looks like she does 0 cardio and instead does a very specific bodybuilder routine that makes her look more bulky. it makes especially little sense for the setting and the lifestyles within.

to me it seems like the writers just weren't worldly enough to know how "off" that physique is. anyone who thinks it's an ok physique for a woman living in the post apocalypse is just telling on themselves
