The ones standing right beside the gates could easily be Culters if you're going by the design documents they posted on their old website
The triangular stands are very close to the ones in the temple HQ, even if the design and the placement of the eyes within the triangle is a bit different
The second duo of characters is a bit harder to place, I'd say that's more likely a new design. They could still be culters though.
The not-Chaos don't especially look like their old design, but the not-Tyrannids definitely call back to the small xenomorphs that you used to fight (you can also see a new kind of spider enemy in the background and also a minion with a big hammer, might be a minotaur callback)
The last guy is clearly a Jian, pretty blatantly so. EYE soldiers always had pretty ornate designs so this just looks like the guys at Streumon just pushed the armor design even further, which is a good thing

There's a lot to it that's really good. (The art style, the weapon variety, psi powers, the combat, the hilariously janky french->english translation) There's a lot of really cool stuff that did kinda need more polish. (Hacking, which is a neat idea, but is kind of fucking boring, especially when you need to do a lot of it.) There's some really goddamn frustrating things too. (The levels that are way too fucking big, needing literally more money than there exists in the universe to buy cybernetic upgrades, ect)

The game does feel a bit half baked in places, but it's unique enough to the point where, regardless of the flaws, you need to play it because there's absolutely nothing else like it. Its deus ex meets ghost in the shell meets half life 2 meets a bad acid trip.
