That would completely miss the point. There would be zero tension, as every extraction would have to be designed to be doable.

If they didnt get headshots so consistently after I ran around an office building I would agree.

The game above is fun as shit, that is until you ran out of content. The tension is in your ability to take resources back. Combined with rough progression and special events it's a perfect mix.
