What they'll learn about its usage will stick and the fundamental shit hasn't changed for almost 30 years. Mainline being that people like familiarity and Windows being itself will be the one that turns the push into shove by being unfamiliar to its users.

blender is also becoming good enough to smaller studios and normies to replace maya and 3D max.
