The community composition can be misleading. The community of a niche game I follow is hundreds of people and 3 troons, and those three alone make easily quarter (25%) of the community's online presence. So from outsider perspective it must look a lot queerer than it really is.

I'm not denying there are games out there that are completely filled with troons, but for any game that isn't niche will seem like it has many more trannies than it actually has. Normal people don't have a pathological drive to become internet jannies so they can put "normal pride" flags on everything and ban everyone they think is normalphobic, and people don't pay attention to normal people otherwise.
