Does anyone else think BUYING games is just as good as PLAYING games? I get such dopamine from it! The next Steam sale is going to be fire.

Goycattle mindset. For me it's pirating games, playing them for a few hours and then dropping them.

You're shitposting but at this point I'd argue that the majority of /v/ enjoys spending money more than they enjoy playing games.

>just as good
It's better
Gives a sense of acomplishment and when you get it at a deep discount it's basically free
It's also morally correct and you can display your collection for others to see
It's the reason I avoid drm-free slop that just gives an exe with the game, where the fuck am I gonna display that?

You don't own anything. You gave them money for beeps and boops.
>physical
What physical? Theres no point to it, they can reject your licence at any time, for any reason. What is the point?

What is the difference about owning and not owning in a digital space? Like, with gog you "own" the .exe, but so what? At the end of the day there's no difference.

Yet you continue to give them money. Is GOG your gotcha? I honestly don't give a fuck, the result is the same, you don't own anything.

there's nothing better than going to a store and buying something you really want and just being able to walk home with it
especially if you didn't know you wanted it until you saw it there
online shopping is fucking soulless
