it's a meme factory, but i honestly really like the show. it's one of those shows where the dub is the way to go
balrog's story made no fucking sense. this stupid fucking hulk is acting as an undercover agent at the un or interpol or something. every time he shows up i imagine him saying "dis is balrog" like he does on the phone, or when he sees cammy he's thinking "daaaaaamn, women! dat! asssss!".

So long as you skip the second to last arc it's pretty entertaining.
A bit too much animation reuse, but the final fight is incredibly cathartic. Great music, too.
