It's the highest effort game of the decade. It has unique voice over for even tertiary background animal NPCs that you can only head with one specific spell explosive to 2-3 classes.
It has character reactions to stepping on a slab of stone on the very edge of the map. It mogged the rest of gamedev cosmically. They started whining that it's just not fair that the set standard is just impossible to reach.
