It's either because they find the thought of a terrorist attack in Beijing unacceptable, or because dropping a nuke violates their own "No first use"-policy (which is that China wouldn't use nukes as the first ones to do so in a conflict). They're really anal about such things.

Are there any portions of the GLA that would stick out to the average camel jockey like references or regional accents? The ECA does it where most units will have a VA drawn from the EU itself like the frog infantry, kraut bazooka, swede bulldozer etc. The sort of thing that only someone from the area could really appreciate. Kinda like how the chinese builder will reference protester squishing as he's running them down in his killdozer.
