Kids who grew up on phones, or people who are allergic to PCs/Macs for anything besides webbrowser and Steam.
Gotta have that native port/remaster that botches it, for Nintendo/Sony, for something that can emulate on the most toaster of laptops.

Lol this was me. It was more like I read about it in game informer for years and only owned a PS2. Playing it on PC was really cool but ultimately kinda disappointing. Ikaruga is crazy hard too.
