Actually I will defend Cyberpunk here for once. It is definitely optimized. They actually improved multicore performance unlike most modern games. The only thing which really tanks framerates is excessive pedestrians and cars which you can reduce if you want.

Because it looks very good, has all the fancy meme tech like ray tracing, AI upscaling and framegen including a fully path traced mode that makes even 5090 shit itself. It's constantly being updated, is available on every platform, it scales well. It's the perfect game for benchmarking and comparing hardware

Cyberpunk is weird cause it looks good mostly but some textures like food in restaurants look genuinely PS3 tier. Not that it really matters but a bit jarring in first person cutscenes

It is basically the only game with goytracing that doesn't look like a blurry mess, at least when you don't have fake frames and fake resolution on, and even then with current DLSS/FSR it actually doesn't look that blurry.
Literally every single other game with goytracing, even when brute forcing it with a 4090 to get native res performance, looks like blurry slop.

It's just a tech demo, not a true game. People call it a game because it got an anime and it somehow brainwashed people into retroactively thinking the game was good. I have not seen anyone finish it.

Is just proof that Nintendo has insane brand loyalty. I own a PS5 and Switch and the latter is a miserable fucking piece of tech. I have no interest in the 2 after sling for the first one.
