Not really that much more expensive once you take the March 2017 launch price of the Switch 1 and adjust it to inflation.

Inflation drove the price up, wages sadly didn't keep pace.

considering inflation it's not THAT much more expensive. I was expecting 400 dollars for the switch 2 before the price was revealed. It's also not even the worst part about switch 2s pricing desu, the games are what has atrocious pricing
