Balrog is such a bizarre character the more you think about it, he's the first non playable boss character you fight in Street Fighter 2, in a game that has characters with super powers and mutants and the first villain character is a boxer who mostly follows the rules of boxing even outside of the ring in a street fight, wearing proper boxing attire , not to mention he's a general of an evil organization that resembles nazi germany with the leader's international name beind Dictator, Balrog being one of its generals is an african american boxer

even weirder when his opposite Dudley who is supposed to be a classy boxer wears illegal boxing attire and even takes a rose with him in fights which would be an infraction in a ring and would be another to throw said rose especially because a thorn could cause an eye injury on top of it being harder to block a rose with boxing gloves on, Balrog doesn't have infractions until later games

Some kind of action beat 'em up starring Rog and Dudley who form a contentious alliance to save someone and defeat some huge villain would be kino as fuck.
