There's no real reason not to give the option to skip them.

I like when I skip a cutscene and have no idea what happened or why I'm in the situation I'm in.
I'm playing Darfall right now and I have no idea what's going on I'm just enjoying the wc3 gameplay and I've replaced 90% of the plot with wc3 in my head
